NGC 2635 (also OCL 728, Cr 190, Mel 89, and ESO 371-SC1) is a magnitude +11.2 open star cluster of 15 stars located in the constellation Pyxis.

The cluster was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) reflecting telescope at the Cape of Good Hope on the 2nd February 1835. 

Right Ascension 08h 38m 25.9s, Declination -34° 46' 18"
