NGC 2337 (also UGC 3711, MCG 7-15-10, CGCG 205-23, KUG 0706 +445, IRAS 07066 +4432) is a magnitude +12.4 irregular galaxy located 23.84 million light-years away in the constellation Lynx.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflecting telescope at the Marseille Observatory on the 17th January 1877.
