NGC 2369 (also ESO 122-18, AM 0716-621, IRAS07160-6215 and PGC 20556) is a magnitude +12.3 edge-on barred spiral galaxy located 149 million light-years away in the constellation Carina. 
It is located near NGC 2369A and NGC 2369B, and is the brightest member of the NGC 2417 group.

The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) reflecting telescope at Feldhausen, Claremont, Cape Town, on the 26th December 1834. 

Right Ascension 07h 16m 37.7s, Declination -62° 20' 38"
