NGC 7403 is a magnitude +14.0 star located in the constellation Pisces.  

The star was discovered by American astronomer Philip Sidney Coolidge using a 38.1 cm (15 inch) refractor at the Harvard College Observatory on the 15th November 1859. 

Right Ascension 22h 53m 06.3s, Declination +01° 28' 56"
