Fall 1940, March 27
Stone. Chondrite. Ordinary (LL3-6), brecciated
Approx. recovered weight: 1047 g
Three pieces, of 841 g, I84g, and 22g, were recovered, M.A.R. Khan (1950).

Bhola appears to be a brecciated LL-group chondrite but unusually enriched in fine-grained matrix relative to chrondrules and rock fragments.

The Bhola (LL3-6) meteorite fell in Barisal, Bangladesh, on the 27th March, 1940.
A total mass of 1047 g was recovered.

22° 41'N, 90° 39'E
