Baram, Bauchi district, Nigeria
Fall 1947, January 9, 07:00 hrs
Stone. Chondrite. Ordinary (L6)
Approx. recovered weight: 480 g
Two stones, of 280g and about 200g. were seen to fall.

The Git-Git (L6) meteorite fell in Plateau, Nigeria, on the 9th January, 1947.
A total mass of 480 g was recovered.

9° 36'N, 9° 55'E
