Shower of stones (intermediate chondrite), one fragment recovered, fell 30. 11. 1842, 4 p.m., ' between the villages of Jeetala and Mor Monree, in the Myhee Caunta, to the north-east of the city of Ahmedabad'. Ahmadabad (23° 3' N., 72° 38' E.) is in Bombay, but I have been unable to identify the villages in Mahi Kantha State on the one-inch map.
