Diep River fell in Western Cape in South Africa, knocking a hole through a farm roof in the process. A small stone weighing only 1,000g was recovered.

At 4:30 PM, 4 November 1906 a 910 gram stone fell through the iron roof of stables on Hermitage Farm in Diep River, in Cape Province, South Africa. The fall was witnessed by Van Ryn, the owner of the farm.
At the time the area consisted mainly of small holdings and small labourers cottages along the Main Road.
A specimen can be seen in the South African Museum in Cape Town.

The Diep River (L6) meteorite fell in Western Cape, South Africa, on the 4th November, 1906.
A total mass of 1000 g was recovered.
