8. augustil 1863. aastal toimus meteoriidisadu Pilistveres, Põltsamaa lähedal. Nähti langemas kaheksat meteoriiti, kuid seni on leitud vaid neli (Aukamäe, Kurla, Wahhe ja Saviaugu I)

At 12:30 in Estonian SSR, sonic booms were heard and stones fell at Aukoma, Kurla, Wahhe, and Sawiauk. The weight of these stones was ~14 kg, 7.5 kg, 1.5 kg, and 0.25 kg. These falls are also known by the names of Pilistvere and Pillistvere.

The Pillistfer (EL3) meteorite fell in Estonia, on the 8th August, 1863.
A total mass of 23.25 kg was recovered.
