Circumstances of fall: A shower of meteorites fell after the appearance of a fireball travelling from southwest to northeast. The sound of detonations was heard.

The Parambu (LL5 chondrite) meteorite fell in Ceara, Brazil, on the 24th July, 1967.
A total mass of 2 kg was recovered.
