NASA Sounding Rocket Launched August 4

A three-stage Black Brant X suborbital sounding rocket was successfully launched on August 4, 2010 at 5:15 a.m. from NASAs launch range at the Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. The purpose of the mission was to flight qualify the vehicles third stage Nihka motor.
