V Cassiopeiae (also HD 218997, BD+58 2560, and IRAS 23095+5925) is a type M5e-M8.5e Mira variable star located 1051 light-years away in the constellation Cassiopeia. It shines at an apparent visual magnitude of between +6.9 to +13.4, with a variability period of 228.83 days.

The variability was discovered by Scottish clergyman and amateur astronomer Dr. Thomas David Anderson using 'a large binocular' at 21 East Claremont Street in Edinburgh, on 8 December 1893.
