MPEC 2013 - D41

Comet C/2013 D1 (HOLVORCEM) was discovered by P. R. Holvorcem (Tenagra II Observatory), on the 16th February, 2013.
The preliminary orbital elements of the comet indicate perihelion passage was on the 26th April, 2013, at a distance of approximately 2.4 AU from the Sun, and an orbital period of 40.5 years.
