Strange rumblings coming from the tuya Heršubreiš are confounding observers as to their possible source.
Vķsir reports that visitors to the mesa-shaped volcano in northeast Iceland have been unable to determine if the persistent rumblings coming from Heršubreiš are being caused by an avalanche, landslide, or something else entirely. Rangers around Heršubreiš were the first to announce the rumblings, which lasted about 30 seconds.

Heršubreiš is a tuya in north-east Iceland. It is situated in the Highlands of Iceland in the midst of the Ódįšahraun desert and close to Askja volcano.
