The 98 - 220 metre wide asteroid 2009 FD will make a close pass (27.7 lunar distances, 0.0711 AU), travelling at 13.85 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 24th October, 2010 @ 13:57 UT.

The 100 - 220 metre wide asteroid 2009 FD, made a close flyby of the Earth on the 27th March, 2009, passing by around six hundred and twenty-eight thousand km.
